i don’t really like when i’m not freaking out about the thoughts or when it feels like the thoughts aren’t there

This happened to me tonight. I was totally fine and thought - "Hey! I'm having a normal convo and not anxious...." Thennnnn it was all downhill from there. Haha. It'll get better. Look out for backdoor spikes.
