Do something. Even if it’s something small like making your bed or having a drink of water. It’s amazing how even something that simple can make you feel a little better.

Remind yourself of the things that make you happy. And if you find that hard maybe try some comfort food or read a book you like? If that's too hard maybe allow yourself to smile. Even for a short moment

I was broken up with 3 weeks ago and things are just getting worse. I feel like I’m wasting away and like nothing will get better. What’s worse is knowing that if I get out of this episode my ocd will strike back and I’m scared I won’t be able to deal with it. It’s like every part of me can’t accept this break up. I’ve reached out to people but I really would love to hear stories from anyone who thought they wouldn’t make it out

Has anyone that’s had a severe episode just felt better like without meds or anything. I’m currently in a 3 month episode and just want to know I will get a break soon. I’m really scared of medication but I think that’s my only choice now

I know that ERP is the gold standard and it has worked great for my anxiety, but if depression is really bad, I don’t understand how exposing myself to “I’m a failure, I won’t get better, I’m truly horrible” for moral OCD is helping me to not do compulsions. It’s just convincing me it’s true because my depression already says these things
