I find this too. I think my worst is triggering around certain people. I wish I could find the solution for this.

I don’t think I will. I feel like existing is not living. I don’t enjoy life anymore. It never leaves me alone. It has infected everything that has ever bought me joy. Nothing remains
I know how you feel. Ocd likes to put junk in our heads just to make us feel miserable. But, if we show ocd that we’re not afraid of it anymore, we can overcome it! Try to not fight off the thoughts it makes you think. Fighting them will make them stronger. When you ignore them enough, they’ll start to disappear. And you can toss them aside. When you get too much, just stop, take a deep breath, and tell yourself you’re going to be ok. It’s hard, and it requires a lot of patience and willpower, but you can do this!
