Try to accept the questions and thoughts for simply what they are, don’t analyze as we all always do with ocd. Just let the uncertainty be and try to watch a movie or do something you enjoy.. I’m struggling with my ocd tonight too it’s been higher this past week and even though it’s uncomfortable, letting the thoughts be is the only way to heal there’s nothing to solve or overcome that’s why we suffer more from thoughts because we react more than people without it, hope I helped you out a little bit stay strong 💪 I hear you it’s super tough but definitely makes us stronger people
