Does anyone else have these moments where small events traumatize / taint your memory? For example, I could be listening to a song I like, but then a small circumstance occurs and now that song is a tainted memory. Is there a name for what this is called?

i have that too, with basically everything though not just songs! 😭 like wearing a necklace and somebody comments on it and i will think of that comment EVERY time i look at the necklace. and with negative events too like you said.

Yes absolutely a bunch of music has bad vibes to me and I can’t listen to those songs, sometimes the vibes of a song change for good or for bad too and it could be for the most minor reasons
