Shopping relieves my depression.. it’s ok as long as you’re not spending too much. If it becomes compulsive you can just use erp to stop

Yeah shopping does help, be safe stay strong. If you feel the urge to do it I’m sure ERP will help :) If it’s to lift mood I get that too we need to find some enjoyment in all this 🙃

Trigger warning So I can’t stop wondering if I was attracted to this kid I saw a few days ago because I felt something that felt like genuine attraction, it made me worried I was a p, so I tried to leave the place immediately. I also had urges to look to check if I was attracted or not and urges to not to look. All of it made me feel like a genuine P. What is all of this I’m doing, are they compulsions? Or are they pr3detory actions?

So this happens when ever I buy anything over the mail I’ll be constantly checking where it’s at and what date it’ll get here I’ve been told that it’s annoying and sense I’m trying to stop any tips that will help

Hi! I was recently diagnosed with OCD. Most of my struggles are morality-related, but I've been doing so thinking, and I believe I also struggle with compulsive decluttering. Nine years ago, I decluttered my closet and started calling myself a minimalist. I have brought things in and decluttered other things out multiple times and constantly am thinking about decluttering again and making my wardrobe tiny but "perfectly minimalist". I want to get past this because I think I attach morality to the amount of things I own. Has anyone gone through this and how would I apply ERP to this?
