I get those too. I definitely know what you mean. But when that happens, it’s better to just sit with those thoughts as if they don’t mean anything, because they don’t. It’s also important not to seek reassurance. It will feel like the most tempting thing in the world to tell someone everything you’re worried about, but that is a very short lived relief. Just by sitting with the thoughts until the feeling goes away (which it definitely will), you can show your ocd that you’re stronger than it. And you are. You are an amazing, talented, strong, kind, beautiful, wonderful person who deserves the best life has to offer! Take your happiest moments and make the most of them! You deserve to feel good! 💙
