Eh, no you dont deserve to be punished, this is really common. Go to your GP and you'll have to wait for the results. You need to stop thinking about it, despite the doubts. Do whatever you can to refocus , don't answer the "what ifs".

If you deserve to be punished then I suggest a very big chunk of the world population does as well. We all make mistakes, we are human. Try not to beat yourself up it will be feeding your anxiety.

Let the doubts sit in the background, don't interact with them. Refuse to answer the doubts . When they are strong do something that requires your concentration. Exercise that gets the heart thumping, helps me, but stay away from the internal debates.

Also, is there a way you could contact the guy and ask if he wore a condom or has been tested?

I could contact him but he knows I have ocd because I hated dated him years ago... he wouldn’t tell me the truth.

Well. That would be kinda crappy in this case. This isn’t a made up scenario. Honestly, this really isn’t ocd related. This really did happen and you should be able to know. Now, if you get rested and it’s negative and you’re constantly worried then you could label it ocd.
