Release yourself from the chains of other peoples opinions of you. You are in your body forever. Love it! Worship it! Write a note on your mirror that says “I love and accept myself exactly as I am”.

Back then it was a toxic friendship. And it’s still a complicated friendship, so I do my part by staying distant but she still helpes me with my anxiety so I’m not gonna just leave her. But yeah the more I mention it to her the more of a problem that can become and sometimes she takes things as a joke when it’s serious to me. Tmr I’m hanging out with new friends to escape my current group

@BlueMountain Yeah I told her but it was a bare minimum response I’ve already been distance with myself from her hopefully I’ll be with a therapist soon 🔜

Umm thanks? I’m thinking too much? Or maybe it happened to me and this kind of insecurity scarred me since ten and this event just evolved it even stronger um sorry I’m hurting right now
