I hate that my Mind makes me feel like I have to overthink and get stressed and should keep analyzing the thoughts. It makes me feel like if I don't do so what I am dreading will happen for real. It's like I am not allowed to have a peace of mind. I should suffer and stuffer ...I hate it ...

You need to accept that it might happen but that you don’t care because you want your life back.
