Yessir its tough but breathing through it and accepting helps me. Bowel movement is my main ocd rn so it comes all the time.

Yes, I definitely have more indigestion and other things like nausea when my anxiety is really high.

Yes. When you’re in “fight or flight” you’re in sympathetic nervous system…the opposite of rest and digest (parasympathetic nervous system).

Does anyone Else’s ocd flare up bad when in stressful life situations? I was doing amazing and now that I’m having some drama with my life it seems to have come back with a vengeance. Anyone else?
