@Sully4 Igloo is my sisters cat, she's a Norwegian forest cat :) very fluffy and needy 😂. Ooh I love days like that! Doing chores always makes me feel super productive. Love me some shylo 😍

Of course! I'm doing my best haha. Trust me, I have a long way to go to get to where I want, but to heal you have to put in the work. I understand your feelings of hopelessness, its easy to feel like that when dealing with this illness, so please give yourself some compassion! You are doing the best you can in this moment and that is perfectly okay! The best advice I can give is just to really try your best to separate yourself from your thoughts. If a thought evokes like a strong, stomach drop feeling it is most likely your ocd and not you :)
