Acknowledge the thought then ignore it. Dont try to reason with it, argue with it, or convince yourself it isn't true. Don't ruminate about it. All of those are compulsions which will only make the thought stronger and make your OCD worse
You can do either, both are forms of acceptance. Whatever feels right more right for you, or a combination of the two. “Yup, sure that’s true.” Or “I accept this uncertainty” or just observe the thought without any reaction. All forms of this do not give in to compulsions or desire to get rid of thought
