I have been doing it for about 3 weeks and have made progress with 2 of my compulsions. I'm working on my 3rd goal now, which is proving to be a bit more challenging, but the tools on this app are awesome. I'm planning to seek the help of a NOCD therapist if I get stuck or have trouble doing ERP with my more difficult compulsions. I feel like the self-guided ERP tools here are really underrated. They've helped me a lot.

I have done it as well and I was successful with some but needed therapy for others
