No you’re not wasting time. That’s great if it doesn’t make you anxious. It could actually be a sign you’re doing it right or getting better. And no do not stop yours meds. Why would you need to find out if you would still have ocd? Enjoy not being anxious.
It's not a waste of time! You're conditioning your brain even if it doesn't feel like it. Remember OCD will make you doubt you have OCD. Keep doing amazing!
