So I’m for sure diagnosed with OCD and severe depression. And now I’m pretty sure I have BPD and autism. This isn’t something I’m ruminating about at all. I’m just 97% sure I have at least one of the two.

I wonder if they're all linked because I'm diagnosed with ocd and autism but I've also been doing a lot of research on BPD over the past few years

@cmac1339 In people-socialized-as-female, it's really common for autism to be overlooked/misdiagnosed as bipolar or other things... so def look into it if it rings a bell for you 💙

There are a lot of overlaps, you're not imagining things (there's research too). I keep thinking I should write a longer post about this 🤔
