give yourself a reason to get up every morning! do something you actively enjoy, whether that be a walk, a good cup of coffee or tea, journaling, drawing, stretching, listening to your favorite song, watching your favorite show, morning chat with a friend, doing your makeup (if you like it) etc!

^^yes! All of this! And don't feel guilty about doing something indulgent or repetitive. For example,, if ur thing is getting a good coffee or eating an "unhealthy' snack it's ok! The goal is to get up and start your day however you can! It doesn't need to be especially creative or anything else

I always feel the most anxiety and dread in the morning. That’s when I start overthinking a lot, and it becomes really hard not to seek reassurance on the internet and so on. What do you all do to ease the morning anxiety a bit?
