What book are you reading?!? I neeeeeeed!! Today I managed to wake up on time, eat my breakfast, take my meds and my vitamins... these are all HUGE for me! I'm excited to see what else the day brings and see what other goals I can hit.
‘The Comfort Book’ by Matt Haig! I am so proud of you for doing that all this morning! A great start to a day really helps shift the energy for the day so I hope you continue kicking butt today!
@Have a sunflower🌻 From what I’ve read currently, I haven’t finished it quite yet, I don’t find anything triggering within the book. There are quite a few pieces that actually express the importance of not trying to avoid feelings and thoughts. They do express that you are not your thoughts, but also avoiding things does not help lead you to recovery. Which is personally something I need a lot because I’ve been finding it quite hard to do ERP some days, I’m trying to learn to not avoid the things that make me anxious.

@Sunny38 I’m honestly not the best cook, but you gotta eat somehow lol so I am trying to widen my horizons and cook more. Practice makes perfect or in my case atleast mediocre haha!
Beautiful! I actually watched prisoner of Azkaban last night! Harry Potter is one of my favorite comfort watches when I'm feeling mentally bad.
