I'm seeing some people struggling, so I just want to offer my support if anyone needs it:) you don't have to take everything on by yourself. Its okay to ask for help. Its BRAVE to ask for help! 😊 Just remember that if you're having a tough moment, it does not mean that your entire life means nothing or that you will never feel better. You might not be able to control your thoughts, but you are able to control how you react to them and how you perceive them :). Buy a journal and some cute pens and write down your thoughts. Or if you can't get to the store, download Youper! Its my favorite mental health app There's some #mondaymotivation for ya ahaha 😊💛

@alexisrae1999 I've been thinking of starting a journal again. I used to type a journal on my old iPhone 4 in the notes app back in highschool, but I don't have my iPhone 4 anymore so I lost everything I had typed on there... Eh, oh well though. Here's to all our future journal writing! 😀 I guess I should go to the store sometime soon and get a journal and some "cute pens", lol. 😆 but I really mean it though, that's a wonderful idea and I really am going to get a journal and start writing down my thoughts and feelings. I agree!:) you should check out marshalls. They have a ton of cute stuff there hehe 😊😊 I know how hard things are when you're struggling. Like you never know who's just barely holding on so i feel like why not just be nice :) you do a good job!

@alexisrae1999 Yeah, Marshall's is cool! I haven't been there in awhile, so this would give me an excuse to go, lol. I'll just ask an employee to direct me to the "cute" isle, lol... my jokes feel lame. 😆 Yeah, I really and truly agree, because we really don't know exactly how people are feeling inside... Something we say could really make all the difference in the world, even if it just simply helps them to smile for a few minutes. :)
