Does anyone else have covid ocd is or it just me? Like obsessing over whether you can smell or taste of if you have a bad headache that it’s covid? I’m afraid of hurting those around me but am freaking myself out anyways even though I may be fine.

I do!! Covid worsened my OCD by A LOT...I currently have a cold (everything points towards this really being a regular cold plus I am fully vaccinated) yet I found myself overthinking whether I can really taste the food I am eating :/

Yes! This has affected me so much these last couple months too, it just keeps getting worse :((
