That's ocd. It's hard because the thoughts seem real and threatening but they are only thoughts. It sounds simple to deal with for someone who doesn't have ocd, but it's incredibly difficult. Remember, ocd attacks the things that are precious to you.
It’s so tiring I was in lesson today and the thoughts won’t leave me alone and it makes it hard to concentrate especially with the anxiety how real they feel
