Tbh you just take melatonin and put tv as loud as possible And try my best not to think about the thoughts

I had that when my OCD was at its worst. For me it was worst when I took naps, I was almost scared of napping bc I couldn't control the anxiety and I had nightmares all the time about my themes. But as I got better with the ERP excersizes and generally better with my ocd I don't really get that anymore x

I’ve noticed this new obsession with having to pee right before bed, like even if I have to pee a little I can’t fall asleep until my bladder is completely empty. Anyone else have a problem like this or knows how to cope?

For a while now, I've been having trouble concentrating... especially when studying... so I'd play the sound of rain or a forest or something similar to distract myself, and when I'd finish and turn it off... a pile of thoughts would come back to me as if they'd piled up on me!!! Anxiety, rituals... what should I do?

I feel like it’s just me. But at night when I start to fall asleep, play on my phone, or watch TV; I’ll get major intrusive thoughts and a butt load of anxiety. Has anyone felt the same about this? How have you managed it? It’s getting exhausting and even causes me to sleep-less.
