Sorry to hear about your struggles, I think most people on this app are stuffling with OCD to varying degrees. OCD will always get better you just have to find the right therapist and/or medication.

Don’t fight your thoughts. Be okay with letting them be there. It will be difficult at first but it will get easier. Watching TV may be a compulsion to distract you from obsessing. Get out and face your fear but be ok with that anxiety you experience. Blessings to you!
