in addition to 5, you do need to poo. like, regularly. Anywhere from 1x every 3 days to 3x a day is good. It should surprise no one that being literally full of crap has a negative effect on mental health
If you haven't gone, take a stool softener. Take a laxative. Do what you gotta do.

I completely understand that. Mine can become so bad that I can't feel present in reality. Its nice to have a reminder that thoughts are just blips sometimes :)
