It seems like you’re telling this whole story to the details you’re telling in order to confess and seek reassurance from others on here. You need to refrain from confessing and telling this story to ask if others relate or how others feel about it etc. You need to do erp for this as it’s real event ocd. I have a similar situation with a child hood friend which has caused me real event , pocd, and so-ocd. I had to do therapy that is used for ptsd as well because the event caused me some trauma now (25). You can practice erp for this buy writing your sisters name over and over and reading it out loud. You can write down what you guys did over and over and read it allowed as well. Also reading up on shame and guilt can help you to try and forgive yourself. I think real event is the most difficult to get past and that is why I eventually did NOCD.

@Justmesadly I just saw this as my notifications are off but thank you. Wasn’t harsh at all it’s what I needed to hear. Thank you and I’m definitely going to start erp on that

Also my ocd and depression doesn’t help with me thinking I’m a bad person and I don’t deserve anything good in my life. And trying to replay those memories and idk if I’m making new ones or remembering correctly

Stay strong. I think you need to forgive yourself and be just good to your sister. I pray that you find a therapist soon.
