One tip I would give you is try not to strive for these thoughts to completely disappear. This is one thing that helped me. I was always wanting the thoughts to go and for me to feel normal but my therapist told me that the likelihood is that the thoughts probably won’t ever go, you will just deal with them better and not feel anxious or triggered by them. You will return to how you were feeling a week ago again, this feeling isn’t permanent and will pass✨
