I haven't had an OCD relapse for over a month.
I just wanted so share some positivity for you guys. Not to make you feel bad about your progress, because every journey is soooo individual (so don't compare yourself to me).
But for me it was the scariest thing I EVER experienced and I was convinced I'd be like that forever and my life was over.
Now I'm here. And I can say I truly didn't have an OCD episode for over 6 weeks, I do have occasional anxiety and weird thoughts. But I recognize them now and I know how to handle them. For some reason it just stopped for me. I did therapy and that was a MASSIVE help for me.
I think going back to a normal life with less covid restrictions helped too.
But what I'm trying to say is that you can do it too. You can get better at YOUR own pace and ability. There is hope ❤️
