Thank you all for your encouragement! God is good and has shown me His goodness and love in the midst of what seemed like such a dark day. I will pray that each of you experience a glimpse of healing; it is not easy, but the glimpses remind us it is possible to live a life that is not controlled by OCD.

Let it all out. It gets tough but you have to keep going. Its okay to not be okay. But keep going. Brighter days ahead of all of us.
