Thank you so much for being so vulnerable and sharing. It’s awful how OCD attaches to the things/people we value most. I am so glad you reached out for help 💪🏻

Thank you so much for sharing your story and showing us no one is immune to this horrible disorder!
Yes! That’s what I always say - no one is immune. I’m so glad you saw that
Do you have any past trauma that preceded the OCD or even at all..? Thank you .
I think we all have some life events that can flick the light switch of ocd on so to speak! It’s a nature and nurture situation - meaning it’s genetic and also environmentally influenced❤️
We love you Jenna!!
Hahaha so much love for all of you and the whole ocd community ❤️
Like you I also have aims for my life. I want to Crack the toughest exam of my country. Having enough potential I feel again because of my ocd. Please help me out. Please. I'm indian and nocd services aren't available here.

Absolutely, OCD is just an Illusion like a magic trick, it’s not real ☺️
Thank you for sharing your story. Talking about OCD is such a personal thing and its not easy to talking about. I also recently started listening to your podcast. It has been so helpful. Thank you!
Oh yay!!! That makes me so happy!!! Xoxoxo
How do I find your podcast?
It’s called all the hard things, on all podcast platforms ❤️
What meds is everyone taking for their OCD? I’ve been taking Luvox for 20+ years but my BP has been high lately. May need to switch meds bc hypertension is a side effect of Luvox.
Zoloft
@JackieLion Does your zoloft work and how long have you been getting it .did you have any side effects please thanks
@Anonymous Been on and off for abt 15 yrs (mostly on, had brief interludes where I tried other things). Works pretty well, but not 100% cure obviously. Side effects: initially had insomnia which resolved within a week or 2, definitely lowers my libido, and I did gain abt 10 lbs since starting it but that could also just be 15 yrs and 2 pregnancies lol
Zoloft, Abilify and Gabapentin
