Keep going and expose yourself to your thoughts! You got this. Prove to your anxiety that it’s not actions and just thoughts.

Hi OcdFreakboy, as Jesse said these are just intrusive thoughts. You are not your intrusive thoughts, they can come completely out of the blue and may be contrary to anything you have ever done or thought before. ERP is the best way to make progress and keep the OCD bully in check as much as possible. No matter what the obsessions, It’s all about exposure, not giving into your compulsions and getting comfortable with not giving definitive answers to whatever your OCD is latching on to and moving forward with life. You can do this, stay strong and best wishes.

My brain will not stop with the intrusive thoughts. I keep going through my little mantra in my head how I won't do the things I am thinking and how I hate my thoughts. I am trying to watch YouTube and tell myself just to avoid it and not let the thoughts bother me. I know my thoughts are false because I hate thinking these things but I just feel like I am losing this battle. Any tips?

I try not to pay attention to my thoughts. I realized that when a thought pops up for me (sex scene), I go back to it a couple of times to figure out what I am I also felt whether, and I simply decided to let them go..however, I am worried about that feeling of sensation in my groin at those scenes in my head, I am afraid of the fact that I can feel something while I am imagining it and that it is spinning non-stop in my mind! l imagine Just A part and it's constant for some days (like a part of a face, a look or something) the whole scene goes to that I spontaneously imagine and I have the feeling that only that part "turns me on" at the beginning, then the rest... Have you had similar experiences and how to overcome? thank you (edited)
