That’s.. really similar to mines. I struggle with intrusive thoughts at night and feelings of uncertainty like something odd would happen during the night. I also would feel extremely lonely like I needed company from a family member because somehow they’d always stay with reality and certainty?
Yeah, idk, it’s just feels better to I guess have someone there with you when you panic or are having a really difficult time, I have a really big fear of being ultimately alone
Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out on here. I’ve experienced this as well. Something that I find to be helpful is to watch a really comforting show while I’m falling asleep. Also you could bring this up with your therapist and form some exercises around falling asleep at night! Keep up the hard work—it pays off!
