I had a pretty big freak-out week 3 of therapy because it hit me how many coping strategies I was going to have to let go of if I want this to work. I think it's worth it, but I sure have doubts and moments (sometimes days) where I decide it's not worth it and give up. Then I remember why I'm doing this and get back to work again.
