You don’t have to tell yourself wether you like you thought or not. You ar doing the right thing by sitting with them. That’s really hard. This will pass. I would just ride it out. Once this cloud of doubt passes and you can think rationally maybe write down your fears and then pretend to talk back to them. Sometimes fear is so consuming that we forget we can stand up and fight against it. Pretend your thoughts are bullies that need to be stood up to. Bullies back down once they are stood up to.
