I think a seed can be planted in your brain so to speak when your a kid and then triggered later on. It’s what happened to me 🤷🏼♀️

That’s exactly my worry :/ it just seems like such a strange theme for a child to latch onto but I suppose it’s definitely possible I think maybe I’m reassurance seeking, I don’t know

@milliemoo I mean it is a fear though.. and ocd latches onto our biggest fears
