@🌸 I totally understand what you mean, I deal with the same exact thing. There were stuff I did that were really gross, but like the comment below said, people change and you’re not that person anymore, you’ve grown or else you wouldn’t be feeling anxious about it

are they truly intrusive thoughts or am i thinking and creating automatically graphic images that i dont want to think? i think it happens because it's too easy once you're anxious abt it. i dont enjoy it. i just saw a trigger and had a graphic disturbing se&ual image in my head.

Can ocd convince you momentarily you want your intrusive thoughts only to snap out of it

So whenever I'm tired or zoned out, I realize I tend to not process my intrusive thoughts nearly as quickly or as much as I'd like and whenever I get those types of thoughts, they're often accompanied with "pleasurable" feelings which worries me because these are intrusive thoughts! It feels like I genuinely just let the thoughts happen and I enjoyed it, I'm freaking out!
