That's typical OCD. I had that before too! What if's - > almost always is anxiety related. Accept that it might be true, who knows. But you can deal with it in 2 months and revise how you feel. Delaying is a goodway of dealing with OCD. I hope it helps.

I have this same EXACT problem I'm over analyzing red flags bc I'm afraid of getting hurt and losing dignity by being w a toxic person. And so I do compulsions like looking up red flags on YouTube and then my mind says well if they weren't this then I wouldn't be looking at this and ugh.
