@gabi Try to say to yourself “stop trying to figure it out” we have to stop the never ending cycle

I understand too, my triggers are the same as well. I’ve learned to tell yourself “maybe,maybe not. It’s not my job to figure it out right now. Right now, I am going to *whatever you’re doing*” it has helped me.

Those “what if” questions are a compulsions. Knowing that, try to limit or better, avoid answering or engaging with them.

@gabi It’ll take practice but the more you do them, the easier it gets 🙂 remember, asking too much questions, over analyzing or checking are all compulsions. Doing those compulsions will only make you feel worse. Handle those uncertainties without compulsing, it’ll show your brain that you’re able to handle those uncertainties.
