I feel like I’m not fully here, i do my routines on auto pilot. It feels as if I’m floating in someone’s head space so desperately trying to grow and evolve but I can’t.

I really feel that, this is exactly how my entire one and half plus years have went by. I worked at this place for 9 months and now that ive quit i dont really feel like I was there. When I worked I was always inside my head filled with anxiety.
