Hi, I’m sorry you’re struggling. All you can really do is lean into the anxiety. Don’t ignore the thoughts, instead accept that they’re there and let them be. This will make you anxious but that’s the point. You wanna desensitize yourself. Sometimes it will be too much and that’s ok. Take a break and try again
