I'm sorry you feel this way. This is an understandable fear. But I'm just curious, does this trigger OCD for you? Or is it just a fear, would you say? I ask because you call it a trigger.

So I have harm ocd for sure and I get triggered by some m1rder cases like for some reason my brain gets latched to them and the perpetrators my brain goes ‘what if they’d find you attractive’ ‘would you be one of their victims’ and it feels like they’re watching me, if that makes sense, like they’re watching me, is this a symptom of any type of OCD? Please no judgement I’m super scared and I hate that my brain does this

Every. Single. Time. I get one step closer to someone I love, my nervous system goes berserk. It’s really crazy how I assume these stories about how they probably expect XYZ of me, or think XYZ about me, and almost every single time, those fears are wrong. But it feels so real. I would give anything to make this go away. My loved ones accept me for who I am and they see my OCD and anxiety as part of me and try to help me, but I would give everything I’ve ever had to make it go away forever. The pain of that is so heavy.

Does it happen to you that when a person is specific in your ocd thoughts (my sister is my sister), that everything about her is a trigger for you when you see her? And the way he moves, talks, eyes, you suddenly sexualize everything, or is it just me? it really bothers me, because I constantly feel my groin, so I wonder if it's really OCD, or if it's something in me...
