That fact your scared and you don’t want to do it shows that you don’t want these thoughts recognise that they aren’t yours and excuse them as a obsessive thought and move on one thing that helped me is living in the moment not to stress and treat others the way you want them to treat you and not to stress and do good in life
I had a whole breakdown about a week ago when I finally told my mom about my thoughts. She told me this, “You are a good person. Bad people don’t worry about being bad people.” That helps me a lot. I hope it will bring you peace as well<3
