I've had the same experience.
That makes me feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one but it's still scary as hell. This is the first time this has ever happened as I've always seen myself as a man in my dreams. I'm so confused right now
@Anonymous Triggers are known to show up in dreams because our subconscious latches onto things we are dealing with in our waking lives. Dreams aren't facts, just like feelings aren't facts and so on
@Aakron That's what I've been trying to tell myself to calm down. My trans OCD has been very bad the past week so it manifesting in my dreams was bound to happen I suppose.
@Anonymous Try to just sit with the uncomfort rather than compulsively doing anything about it. Maybe, maybe not and redirect your focus to what you need to do today. Live your life without adhering to what ocd is saying
