I honestly wish I had your optimism... but I’ve had HOCD, POCD, Real event OCD based on the first two, and False memory OCD based on the first two... for two years... it never stops...

I've been struggling with ocd for 2 yrs also and just 2 weeks ago I was thinking of committing suicide because I'm so fed up but at the same time I still want to live a happy life that is why I came up with these realizations that I took deeply in my heart.

@milkyshake I don’t know why it’s making me feel like I’m not more anxious about real events... it’s making me think I’m in denial because of it... 😞😞😞

@POCD/RealEventOCD As I can see it, your anxious of the fact that your not anxious because of your real events. You know sometimes, us human tend to make a big deal a simple scenario in our heads. The problem is our reaction to it. If you cannot solve or fix it then let go ❤

@POCD/RealEventOCD When dealing with real event, you have to understand that we are young and naive before. Our brain is different now than before. WE GREW UP 😉

@milkyshake I was I think 16 or 17 when this event happened... I’m 20 now... I don’t ever wanna be a P at all...

@POCD/RealEventOCD I don't care what you were before. You are a teenager, youre curiousity about things is at its finest. I'm not even surprised that you did stupid things before, we all are. Believe me youre not the only one who did horrible things in the past. As long as you repent for it and learned from your mistakes, youre good. Youre still a good person! ❤

Hey I'm looking forward that I will be saying "Im so happy for you too" in the future! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! We are not perfect, let go of the rumination and compulsions! It will never answer the questions in your head. I've been there doing complusions 100x everyday. TRUST ME just let go and live with uncertainty. Plus who cares if you did that things or not. What matters is you are sure that you are not going to do that things now. THE PRESENT MOMENT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT.

@anonymous45 Try to accept the uncertainty just for 1 minute. If you feel a relief just for a bit. It means I'm right 😉 Good luck on your theraphy tho! ❤
