Reflecting on my life in my teens/early 20s and all the poor choices I made and the way I allowed myself to live. 

OCD makes it feel like it was just yesterday. 

It makes me feel like there’s no reason to try for tomorrow because I haven’t been good in the past. 

I should have been better but I can’t become better. 

Tonight is just rough and I’m having a hard time with it. 

Any advice for handling the feeling of hating yourself and your past actions?
