Hello! I have harm ocd as well and totally get it. It almost feels like you’re bored without the thoughts and you don’t know how to spend the time. Have you tried working with a psychiatrist or counselor to tackle OCD when you have bad days? Meds and ERP have really helped me. I read your profile and I know exactly how you feel. I always felt like I could attack anyone at anytime. With the help of meds and ERP I have gotten a lot better.
