Im currently reading “Relationship OCD a CBT-Based Guid to Move Beyond Obsessive Doubt, Anxiety & Fear of Commitment in Romantic Relationships”. This focuses more on romantic relationships (obviously lol). The writer is an OCD Therapist and gives good information and exercises to do for ROCD. If it means anything, I dont like reading/havent read a full book in years, but I like this one and am almost finished reading it.
Yes! The wisdom of anxiety by Sheryl Paul. Actually if you google her name her website will pop up and it’s full of blog posts related to the topic. She’s incredible and one of the main reasons I’m still in my relationship ❤️
Not specific to ROCD but “Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts” is really good! ROCD is my current theme and I’ve found it to be a really enlightening book
