Can so ocd make you loss qttrqction to the opposite sex?

For me I think it is I have become so concerned about the same sex that the opposite doesn’t come naturally like it used to. But when I calm down and stop freaking out and realize yeah some men are just attractive and that that doesn’t matter. The opposite attraction comes back.

I am sure there are other explanations also so when your story doesn’t fit mine don’t freak out.
