Whenever I see someone post about their real event ocd I think Mine is way more worse and feel like I don't even have real event ocd. It makes me feels like I am a horrible person.

@Realsupercell123 I feel you. I spiked myself earlier through googling is X illegal. In my head that means the police are going to come and arrest me to ask about it. Really I know it's irrational but man it's hard to let it go.
