I think this feeling is actually really common with OCD, it can even happen after you get diagnosed sometimes, because that’s how OCD is. The OCD kind of turns on itself sometimes and makes you question if you even have it in the first place, which just causes more anxiety and distress. I think the best thing to do is accept that uncertain feeling and commit to doing everything you can to get treatment. So even though you are scared of therapy in case you find out it’s not OCD, push through and do it because it will be the best thing for you in the long run. Hope this helps
