I can relate with this. Sometimes I feel like because I’m not as distressed about thoughts then they must be true. But remember that your distress tolerance is growing - you are making progress. It may not feel like it, but you have got this. Thoughts are just thoughts x
I’m calm most of the time and I welcome calm when I’m not. It’s an ebb and flow that you just have to roll with.
